Tick Tick Tock I sit here patiently waiting Listening to the rush of time Stepping into the currents that pique my attention Watching the rest swirl past me Drifting swiftly into Eternity The immortals gaze upon me with curiosity The Eternal blesses my soul Causing that which I set my eyes upon to blossom greatly Standing on the shores, gazing upon the rivers of time, A mist from the currents catches my attention, I plunge blissfully into another's existence. Gazing upon their world, Fascinated by the reflections that cause their eyes to sparkle. Time is a swift current, It takes all that is within it quickly to the Eternal, never to be seen again. It's best to jump and experience life then to sit by the shores Watching, waiting, seeing the currents rush by... In all their intricate glory.
